Despite this ascent to the peak of a rapidly declining summit, he has yet to adopt the motto “Over The Hill.”

With a cane in one hand and his new birthday present in the other (which for some odd reason, he only needs this new present when I am speaking) he approaches this next stage in life with vigor in his ginger steps. Here is a photo of what Neil gets for his birthday:
