To continue the story of Kelly & Tom I will take you to their backyard where you will see two very distinct perspectives. One of a 6′4″ man:

And one of a 5′4″ little mama!

I tend to get lucky with the kids:

And Neil tends to get lucky with the ring shots:

Although I suppose one cannot call it luck. We put nearly as much planning into perspective as you put into your wedding!

THEN it’s PLAYTIME!! Neil played with the big kids:

While I played with the little kids!

(yes, if these were my kids I would ABSOLUTELY hang a 24×36 of this in my living room)

Even during portraits two perspectives can make a big difference! Liesl with the kids:

It ends up that a backyard can be the perfect place for gorgeous wedding portraits! I think all three of these were shot by Neil . . .
