Spring Portraits!

liesl March 26th, 2008

Tim and Michelle met me at their home near the lake, and showed me around Geneva to some areas I had not yet been. I was so happy to see where they live, it helps me know how to help them choose images for their walls.
Tim was very relaxed, Michelle was giddy! I think that comes through pretty clearly!
These two shots I would hang in their living room:

I love this angle on her face, the curve of her brow and smile are such great compliments to each other!

I cannot tell you how many people told me that I must have brought the sunshine with me this day. Anyone from western New York may remember October 27th as a rainy, dreary cloudy and quite chilly day. Because it was.But it only takes a moment of sunshine!

Sunrise engagement portrait over the Genesee valley

Neil October 8th, 2007

Rochester NY Engagement portrait photographer

Well this is what Deanna and William got up early for today! It was a wonderful morning overlooking the Letchworth gorge with sun rising in the background illuminating the mist. For the many of you not from upstate New York this is the Genesee river valley from the archery field overlook at Letchworth state park. Just behind William’s back drops a sheer 400 feet to the river bottom. I’d love to explore the natural wonders that are meaningful to you in your engagement photos.
