Neil and I recently had the awesome opportunity to shoot together at Kelly & Tom’s wedding! Our Husband & Wife package is one of my favorite packages for an obvious reason:
I don’t have to bring my step ladder

He is awefully handy like that!
All joking aside, there is so much value in having two photographers at your wedding. Because here at Make Love Real, LLC we are all about not making you choose. After all, who could choose between Kelly (by Liesl)

And Tom? (by Neil)

They are both way too adorable! And which of these moments would we want you to miss? Neil’s shot . . .

or mine?

These images are such key elements to the story of Kelly & Tom’s day with family and friends, and even though they happened at the same time Kelly and Tom don’t have to choose, because they chose both of us.
What makes a wedding personal? Speeches is easily one of the top answers. Seth had nearly the whole room in tears as he gave a sincere word of gratitude to Rachel, I was so thrilled to catch these expressions.

I love this, he just could NOT stop looking at her, it really did make me teary-eyed! Luckily I could still see to click the shutter!

What other touches make a wedding unique?

So glorious of all days, Rachel takes her father’s arm for one final promenade.

She is greeted by Seth, who had no idea that anyone besides Rachel was present at the wedding. I don’t think he stopped looking at her the entire time!

Even his possy could not keep their eyes off

However when it came time for committment, you know, time for “till death do us part,” Seth adds, “As long as you make your mom’s salsa.”

I have been promised a jar of said salsa, and will review it accordingly. Now THAT is a promise worth sealing with a kiss!!

These two made me laugh and cry all day! I love you guys!

Noni. It just doesn’t get any cuter than Noni.

Noni is the beloved Grandmother, and I LOVE grandparents. After the above shot I took one more of her laughing. She was apologizing for noticing me, because she knew I was a “photojournalist.” She was trying to act natural for me, way too cute!

And to end the family emotions part of the story, every father’s dream. The moment before the longest walk of his life!

I love how close people let me get to them at such a time. It really is an honor. They were trying so hard not to cry, and it was expressed through big big smiles! It is so precious.
