Fall leaves and the Genesee Country Museum

Saturday we had a really fun wedding party. I wish I could claim the leaf throwing idea – but they were really that fun!

There were of course a few classic wedding images made.

I’m not sure if Tammy wanted to be cast as Eve – but hey, what else are you going to do in an apple orchard?

Of course, she loosened up a little bit as time went on.

The reception was held at the Genesee Country Village & Museum which is a kind of ‘living history’ museum from the early 19th century. Tammy aquired the assistance of Maura & Melissa from Sasafras Flowers in developing the rich fall theme of the table and reception decorations.

Tammy’s sister (who’s 9mo pregnant) is about to make this spunky dame a Great Great grandmother. Its so much fun to find out these small little things and try to convey them in the wedding images. Its mind boggling to me how much life that woman has seen. I wonder how many grandchildren she has in all?

My wife made some cool images to end the night with Tammy and John dancing away.
